Sometimes when you are shopping around to purchase a brand-new summerhouse, some companies offer garden buildings that have already been made.

This means that all of the side panels have already been assembled, including the floor and the roof, and then sometimes then the building is put into a flatpack form, ready to be shipped to the customer.

 

We don’t like flatpack summerhouses

This sometimes means, that when you purchase a summerhouse from some companies, sometimes you have no choice in terms of which window and door you can choose.

That’s because if you were to opt a summerhouse, sometimes it only comes with windows and doors in a set size, which are made from let’s say soft wood. And therefore, the customer can’t specify whether that they want UPVC, wood or aluminium frames, and they cant say for example what size they want the windows to be.

And this sometimes is no good, because sometimes one part of your summerhouse might look out over woodlands, fields or a nice river, and you are obviously wants a window that you can look out over the views that surround the summerhouse, as you may well be exercising on an exercise bike every evening and you don’t want to face a wooden wall, when you could be looking out over say the countryside that surrounds your home.
